Intern(48h/week) – Working in Aseptic Packaging Systems and PET bottling plant. Worked with understanding of various processing and quality components involved in working with the machines from large scale manufacturing lines from Tetra Pak and GEA.

Intern(48h/week)  – Working in a small artesian scale bakery primarily in the process of bread making, puff-pastry and bun making. Developing an understanding of the conventional archaic methods used in the bakeries.
